Every Selene® sewing machine is covered by a 2-year warranty. Here is exactly what that means and how to use it if you ever need to.

What is covered

Every Selene® sewing machine comes with a 2-year warranty on the main motor and key mechanical parts, starting from the date on your invoice.

During this period, we repair or replace any part that fails because of a manufacturing defect — at no cost to you.

What is not covered

Normal wear-and-tear items like needles, bobbins, belts, light bulbs and rubber rings are not part of the warranty.

Damage caused by wrong voltage, water, accidents, or repairs done by an unauthorised technician is also not covered.

How to claim

Call our service team on +91 96383 64879 or email info@selenemachine.com with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. We will guide you on the next step — most of the time the problem is solved on a video call or by a quick part replacement.

For factory machines, our service partner visits on-site in major cities. For home machines, we usually courier the replacement part within 3–5 working days.

Service after warranty

Even after the warranty ends, you can always reach us for paid service, spare parts and machine tune-ups. Our team stocks parts for every model we sell.

Keep your invoice safe

Please keep your original invoice — we need it to verify the warranty period. A photo or PDF of the invoice is also fine.
