This website is operated by Parmar Sewing Machine, Rajkot — the company behind the Selene® brand. By using the site you agree to the points listed on this page.

The information here is shared in good faith. Product photos, specifications and prices may change without notice as we improve our machines.

A quote shared by us is valid for 15 days unless we mention otherwise. Final price, delivery time and payment terms are confirmed in writing on the invoice.

Orders are confirmed once we receive the agreed advance. GST, packing and freight are charged extra where applicable.

We dispatch machines through trusted transporters. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the machine with clear photos.

We accept bank transfer, UPI, cheque and EMI through partner finance companies. All payments are to be made in the name of Parmar Sewing Machine.

Dealership terms, territory and pricing are shared in a separate dealer agreement. Becoming a Selene® dealer is by mutual discussion only.

The Selene® name, logo and product designs belong to us. Please do not copy them or use them without permission.

We try our best to keep machine information accurate, but small differences between the website and the actual product can happen. For final confirmation, please check the product brochure or speak to our team.

Any matter related to this website or our products comes under the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
